Welcome to Attune. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Attune mobile app and the attunefit.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Attune ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Attune is a fitness and training tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. The training plans, readiness scores, recovery guidance, and coaching messages are for general fitness and informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are injured, or are training a minor. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of anything in the Service. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress.
With your permission, Attune reads health and activity data (such as heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, and workouts) to personalize your training. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.
Attune is designed to support athletes of many ages, including youth athletes, with age-appropriate programming. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for supervising your training.
Attune offers a free tier and a paid "Attune Coach" subscription at $19.99 per month. The subscription is an auto-renewing subscription: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and it automatically renews each month for $19.99 unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Apple manages billing; we do not receive your payment details.
You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Service or other users.
The Service includes an automated coach you can message, which may also send you proactive messages. The coach uses AI and may not always be accurate; use judgment and, again, consult a professional for medical questions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service, including from following any training guidance. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
